The Cloud Edition of FCR, FCM, FDM and FSP runs as Software as a Service: hosted by Framesoft, accessed over the internet, billed as a subscription. Clients do not install, patch or upgrade the stack themselves.
Each client receives a dedicated environment. Microsoft Entra ID handles authentication. Data-centre region, backup policy and service levels are selectable. The same governed product — not a reduced cloud fork — is what runs.

Data encryption
For the Cloud Edition of Framesoft Contract Repository, selected business data in the Oracle database, such as a counterparty name or a legal entity identifier, can be encrypted with AES-256. The master key is known only to the customer. Decryption runs in memory on the server, and a system administrator enters the key when the server starts. Security administration is kept separate from business-data administration.

OS, Oracle Database and application install, including the licences required for SaaS usage, plus patches, annual upgrades, monitoring, backup and DR under SLA.
Exit path
Escrow with annual source-code deposit and termination assistance are part of the service description.
