Framesoft announces the release of Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) 2.1 — the advanced AI-driven module fully integrated into the Framesoft Contract Management (FCM) solution suite.
By transforming unstructured contract documents into structured, validated, and fully auditable data, FAI 2.1 enables organizations to significantly enhance operational efficiency while ensuring a reliable data foundation for regulatory and risk-related processes.
FAI 2.1 Key Enhancements include
1. Automated Source Reference Navigation
During a data item justification process, FAI enables direct navigation to the relevant source document. The document is automatically opened and the corresponding section, clause, or text passage associated with the selected data item is displayed to provide immediate contextual validation and transparency. This functionality is particularly important for regulated environments requiring transparency and governance.
2. Multi AI-Model Quorum Validation
Advanced validation and risk-mitigation framework within Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) designed specifically for the reliable analysis, interpretation, and extraction of legal and commercial information from master agreements, contractual frameworks, and related (legal) documentation.
The concept applies multiple independent AI models simultaneously to the same contractual analysis task to achieve a significantly higher level of accuracy, consistency, explainability, and legal defensibility.
3. Extension of Validation of archived contract documents against existing FCR Records
FAI 2.1 further extends the document ingestion and extraction capabilities as well as supports parallelized analysis requests.
4. Further extension of AI-enhanced OCR Optimization
FAI further enhances its AI-driven OCR optimization framework through the automated conversion of processed source documents into normalized PDF representations. This approach improves structural clarity, layout consistency, and visual readability while enabling advanced Automated Source Reference Navigation between extracted data points, contractual clauses, and their originating source locations within the document corpus.
