Ask your data. Understand the answer. Act with confidence.

Framesoft Data Insight (FDI) turns complex operational and contractual data into accessible, decision-ready insight. It connects data from Framesoft solutions and external applications through governed business views, giving business users direct access to real-time information for analysis, reporting and dashboarding - without having to learn a query language or manage a separate analytics infrastructure.

With Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) integrated throughout the module, FDI evolves from a powerful self-service analytics platform into an intelligent business partner. Users can describe the information they need, receive assistance configuring business views, explore trends and exceptions conversationally, and move from a question to a traceable analysis through Talk to FDI.

FDI combines flexible analytics with AI-assisted discovery while preserving the governance, transparency and human control required for enterprise use.

From raw data to governed insight - through visual analytics or natural-language conversation.

FAI at the heart of the FDI experience

FAI is not presented as a separate tool or an isolated chatbot. It supports the complete FDI workflow: connecting and understanding data, configuring business views, building analysis, interpreting results and making insights reusable.

Connect and understand

FDI provides direct access to data stored in any Framesoft application as well as data from external applications. Business views expose that information in a form designed for analysis and reporting. FAI adds semantic assistance by helping users understand available data, business terminology and relationships. Where unstructured contract documents are involved, FAI can extract and reconcile relevant information so that governed contract data becomes available for analysis in FDI.

Configure business views with AI assistance

Users can describe the business perspective they need instead of starting with technical structures. FAI can assist in identifying relevant data fields, relationships, joins, filters and aggregations and propose a business-view configuration for controlled review. The user remains in control: proposed views can be validated, refined and published before they are used across reports and dashboards. Existing business views, feeds and reports can be reused, while new views can be added as requirements evolve.

Talk to FDI

Talk to FDI provides a conversational path into governed enterprise data. Users can ask questions in business language, for example:

  • Which agreements are approaching renewal in the next quarter?
  • Where have processing volumes changed most significantly?
  • Which counterparties or products contribute to an identified exception?
  • Show the trend by legal entity, region or product and explain the main drivers.
  • FAI helps interpret the request and translate it into the appropriate business views, filters, joins, grouping and aggregations. FDI presents the result through tables, charts or dashboards and allows the user to continue the analysis with follow-up questions, drill-down or drill-up.

Analyze and explain

FDI supports ad-hoc and standard reporting through filtering, searching, sorting, grouping, pivot analysis, business-view joins, drill-down, drill-up and aggregations such as average, count, first, last, minimum, maximum and sum. FAI enhances this process by helping users identify relevant trends, outliers and anomalies and by providing a concise explanation of what the result may indicate. The underlying business view, filters and calculation context remain visible so that AI-assisted observations can be checked and understood.

Create reports and dashboards

Users can assemble reports, visualizations and dashboards on demand with FDI's integrated chart engine. FAI can assist in selecting an appropriate presentation, proposing useful dimensions or measures and turning an analytical question into a starting report or dashboard. Users can refine the result and publish it to the FDI report library for reuse or sharing. Reports, dashboards and data can also be exported for wider business use.

Reuse knowledge and improve continuously

Every business view, report and dashboard becomes a reusable analytical asset. FAI can help users discover relevant existing content before creating something new and guide them toward consistent terminology and established business logic. This combination of reusable assets and AI-assisted interaction enables organizations to expand self-service analytics without losing control over definitions, data provenance or report consistency.

One analytics environment for the Framesoft ecosystem

FDI can be used as an add-on to Framesoft solutions or as a standalone product. It provides a common analytical layer across contract management, structured products, confirmations, document management and other operational domains. Business views from different sources can be linked through joins, allowing users to navigate across data silos and investigate a question from portfolio level down to the relevant record. Accurate real-time data remains available for both on-demand analysis and recurring reporting.

When combined with FAI, this connected environment links two forms of intelligence:

  • Document intelligence converts unstructured content into governed, structured and actionable data.
  • Data intelligence turns that data into analysis, visualizations, explanations and decision support.

Together, FAI and FDI connect the journey from understanding source information to discovering and communicating business insight.

Designed for governed self-service

FDI puts business users in command of their analytical requirements while maintaining a controlled data foundation. FAI assists users in navigating complexity, but proposed configurations, analyses and interpretations remain reviewable. This human-in-the-loop approach combines ease of use with the transparency required for operational, legal, risk and management reporting. FDI supports browser-based access and can be integrated with Framesoft applications. Business users can analyze information on demand without a separate infrastructure setup or time-consuming pre-processing and metadata-management tasks.

Turn every business question into a path to insight

Give users one environment to access trusted data, configure analytical views, ask questions, explore results and publish reusable insight - with Framesoft Artificial Intelligence embedded throughout the experience.
