Zug, March 17, 2021: The Framesoft Contract Repository (FCR) Agreement API 1.0 has been released.
The Framesoft Contract Repository (FCR) Agreement Application Programming Interface (API) 1.0 further extends the integration into the corporate systems infrastructure. It allows to trigger create, read, update, and delete actions from external / corporate systems to the following FCR elements:
- Agreements
- Agreement Clauses (1. Level Data Points)
- Annexes
- Amendments
- Bank & Counterparty Branches
- Underlying Principals
- Counterparty Properties (Form of Organization (FoO)) Netting Flags
- Product Coverage
- etc.
The FCR Agreement API is provided as REST API. Furthermore, a “FCR Agreement API Health Status” component will be provided in FCR as part of the API offering the following information:
- List of all requests received
- View a request status
- View reason(s) for non-accepting a request
The FCR Agreement API is offered as an Add-On to FCR on the basis of an annual license usage fee.
Beside the FCR API the following FCR Add-Ons extend its capabilities:
- Framesoft Document Assembly (FDA): Realtime creation & configuration of document templates
- Framesoft Online Negotiation (FON for MA): Agreement Generation & Negotiation and integration of 3rd party agreements
- Framesoft Data Insight (FDI): Agreement & Data (Risk) Analysis (e.g., which agreements include a selected clause as well as Reporting & Dashboarding)
- Framesoft Central Counterparty Interface (CCI): Management of counterparty updates & new counterparties received via client's central counterparty system
